No Return, Refund, or Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for registering for the conference and event hosted by Health and Medical Services LLC (HMS). Please read the following policy carefully before completing your registration.

Payment Confirmation:

Attendees will receive an email confirmation of their registration payment within 3-4 hours after completing the payment process.

No Cancellations:

Once registration is completed and payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

No Refunds:

All registration fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of illness, travel difficulties, personal reasons, or scheduling conflicts.

No Transfers:

Registrations are non-transferable. A registered participant cannot transfer their registration to another individual.

Event Changes:

HMS (Health and Medical Services LLC) reserves the right to modify event details, including date, venue, or schedule. In case of any unforeseen changes, Health and Medical Services L.L.C will notify registrants in advance.

Event Cancellation by Health and Medical Services (HMS)

In the rare event that HMS (Health and Medical Services LLC) cancels the conference, registered attendees will be notified of any available options, including potential rescheduling. However, HMS (Health and Medical Services LLC) is not liable for any associated costs incurred by attendees.
